New Files Suggest Israeli Security Monitoring at Epstein-Linked Manhattan Property
Recently uncovered Department of Justice files have shown that the Israeli government had direct dealings with the staff of Jeffrey Epstein in order to secure and monitor a Manhattan apartment used by former Prime Minister Ehud Barak. Since 2016, Israeli state security has placed monitoring equipment and restricted access to the apartment, which was maintained by Epstein and allegedly used to house young models. Although Barak has attempted to distance himself, the emails that have been uncovered demonstrate a high degree of operational cooperation between Israel’s UN mission and Epstein’s operation. This has led to a degree of political warfare in Israel, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu exploiting the connections to attack Barak, although it appears that other defense officials also used Epstein-controlled properties.
